These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of govaultfunding.com (the "Site") and the credit repair and funding-readiness services offered by GoVault Funding ("GoVault Funding," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
GoVault Funding provides credit education and credit repair services — including reviewing your credit reports, identifying items you wish to dispute, and preparing and submitting disputes to credit bureaus, creditors, and furnishers on your behalf — as well as guidance on positioning for personal and business funding. The specific services, pricing, and timeline for your engagement are described in your written client agreement, which you will receive and sign before any services are performed.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Credit outcomes depend on the contents of your individual credit file and on decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, and lenders. We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed, that your credit score will improve by any particular amount, or that you will be approved for any loan, credit product, or funding. Results shown on the Site are real client outcomes but are not typical of, or a promise for, every client. We cannot lawfully remove accurate and verifiable information from your credit report, and we will not advise you to make untrue or misleading statements.
3. Your Right to Cancel
Under CROA, you may cancel a credit repair services contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign it. Your client agreement will include the required notice of cancellation form. State law may provide additional cancellation rights.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
- Maintain access to any credit monitoring service required for the program;
- Forward correspondence from bureaus and creditors relevant to your disputes;
- Not initiate duplicate disputes that conflict with work performed under your agreement.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing schedule, and any promotional pricing are stated in your client agreement. Consistent with CROA, payment for credit repair services is due only as services are performed. Promotional offers displayed on the Site (including free consultations or free-to-start promotions) may change at any time and do not create a contract until confirmed in your signed agreement.
6. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
Content on the Site and communications from us are for general information only and are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the GoVault Funding name, logo, text, and graphics — are owned by GoVault Funding or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates third-party tools (such as Calendly for scheduling and links to Instagram). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoVault Funding will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under CROA, the FCRA, or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
